Shipments are handled by the Post Service for 3D impressions and by FedEX International Economy for 3D material.
The cost of shipment may vary depending on the weight and volume of the package.
The delivery time can vary between 2 and 6 working days. These delivery times are given as an indication and no compensation will be done for delays.
If there is an error from your side or an incomplete address, the cost of a second shipping will be your responsibility and you assume the possible consequences (loss of the package, rebilling of shipping to the correct delivery address ...).
In case of absence, the parcel can be picked up within two weeks in a post office or any other point indicated in the notice of passage which will be given to you.

If you find that the content is damaged, stolen or incomplete upon receipt, please mention it on the carrier's return document by returning it to us. If such a statement can not be made at the time of the reception but later, please inform us at the following address: email@example.com mentioning your coordinates and the reference of your order within a maximum of 72 hours following receipt of the order.
If the parcel has been lost by one of our carriers, please inform us as soon as possible. The company will carry out a survey of the services concerned.
